Process corresponding encounter data after successfully processing registration error data

Whenever registration data fails to process due to errors, any corresponding form data such as encounter data usually automatically fails to process as well (due to the missing patient registration), irrespective of whether it has errors or not. Whenever users resolve registration data, they are currently forced to manually queue related error data for processing. There is a need to automatically re-queue all corresponding encounter data after successfully processing registration error data, so as to attempt reprocessing. There is a chance that many errors will be resolved without requiring human intervention.
