Exiting apps should remove timeout counter

When I leave the apps by pressing the back button or the home button, the timeout counter still run in background. At the end of the timeout counter, the apps will force open the apps again and show us the logout screen.

I think the behavior should be to remove the timeout counter and ensure the user is logged out from the apps.
