Add visual elements to help viewers focus during tutorial videos

Video tutorials on how to use features found on the mUzima Youtube page, such as the "mUzima client search (server client search)" video, don't have any visual effects that help the viewer determine what part of the app they should be focusing on to perform the task. (see screenshot1)

I propose that this can be fixed by either:

1. Adding arrows, circles, or colorful pointers directing the viewers eyes towards the relevant part of the app (see screenshot2), or 
2. Zooming in and highlighting the relevant part of the app (see screenshot3).

Audiences will better understand the steps to using that feature if we add these visual indicators to future video templates.
