Reposition cursor on session timeout

Task: Reposition cursor on session timeout under settings on mUzima for Health Providers

Steps:

• Download and install https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.muzima (username: admin  password: test)
• Under Settings, once tapping on the Session timeout (mins), it prompts a pop-up for inputting a numeric value for session timeout (in minutes).  Currently, the cursor is positioned in the beginning of the previously entered value.  However, the cursor should be positioned at the end of the previously entered value so that it reduces user for one more tap.
