App crash when authenticating against KenyaEMR using (OpenMRS 1.9.10)

mUzima crashes whenever non admin user attempts to login into a KenyaEMR - OpenMRS 1.9.10 instance, with the following stacktrace:

There's need to:

1. Find minimum set of permissions needed to use mUzima against KenyaEMR / OpenMRS 1.9.10,
2. Prevent app crash during the authentication
