Multiple concept deletion process on wizard

After parsing forms in the wizard, the application will display list of concepts coming from the form which would be used to download observations. Currently to remove one or more of those concepts, user need to press the delete button one by one.

A better approach would be to multiple select the concepts and then delete them at the same time. This would also allow the user to review which concepts will be deleted.
