Unable to log in mobile app if user does not have super user privileges

Tested with alpha apk 2.2.0 dated June 24, 2018 in Andriod 8.1.0.

Step to reproduce the error:

• On the webapp, set up user with provider role and provider privilege (but no super admin privilege).  For example, provider Ateya.
• Download and install apk on mobile side.  Log in with this provider credentials.  The app says "Invalid Username, Password and Server combination" even though all the info is correct. (Verified to log in successfully in webapp).  See
