Inability to validate payload during error resolution

On latest version of mUzima core error UI, validation of errors cannot be completed successfully. Attempt to validate makes the UI spinner widget continuously rotate to indicate validation in progress, while in real sense there's failure indicated by the following error message in Javascript console:

 Request-URI Too Long: The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
