App crashed when trying to authenticate different user on one device

As a user, I expect I am able to use my colleague's device to log into mUzima app with my credentials.

Steps to reproduce:

• User A sets up the initial setup and log into mUzima on Device A.
• User B logs into mUzima on the same Device A with User B's credentials.
• App crash.
