Error processing patient registration when name has special characters

The server side registration handler fails when patient name has special character, such as apostrophe ('). There's need to fix this, since it is expected some names to contain such special characters.

Following is the error thrown when patient record with given name King'ori is being processed:

Patient#null' failed to validate with reason: names[0].givenName: GivenName.invalid
