Prompt message if no fingerprint is being captured

During the current fingerprint capture process, the steps are as well:

• Click on to initialize the fingerprint capture pop-up box
• Place left thumb and click on the button "capture left thumb fingerprint first time".
• Then place left thumb again and click on the button "capture left thumb fingerprint second time".
• Then place left thumb again and click on the button "capture left thumb fingerprint third time".

However, if there is no capture of the fingerprint, it will continue to proceed as if fingerprint is being captured. So, it's possible that someone never places the left thumb and simply clicks the button three times.

Expected Behavior: Check if actual fingerprint is being captured for each time. If not, prompt the message "Did not capture fingerprint correctly. Please try again."
