Create registration/patient search flow diagram - integration of fingerprint module

Need to create registration/patient search flow diagram along with integration of fingerprint module.

Examples of scenarios:

• Patient who doesn't have existing patient record
• Patient who has existing patient record but doesn't have fingerprint info in database (need to capture fingerprint and update existing patient record)
• False negative - Patient who has existing patient record and fingerprint info in database but fingerprint scan/search cannot find the existing record (what options should be next? e.g. search by barcode, search by inputting identifier, search by inputting patient name)
• False positive case - When patient X is identified as patient Y (what options should be next? e.g. verify with patient on his/her demographic data before proceeding)
• etc.

After the flow diagram is draft, it needs to review by project advisor (Martin Were), clinic personnel, and/or Sonak Pastakia.
