UI Clean-up for mUzima Fingerprint Module

Based on fingerprint demo on April 13, 2017, here are a list of items that need UI clean-up:

• On Administration page,
  • rename Muzima to mUzima
  • rename fingerPrint to Fingerprint
  • mUzima Module title did not display correctly
• On mUzima Fingerprint page,
  • Need to ensure the alignment of tables
    • patient search table needs to align with the tables above
    • table heading in green should be extended to the last column
