Update patient demographic data on fingerprint patient registration page

This is a follow up from https://tickets.muzima.org/browse/MUZIMA-506, when the search functionality is worked on, it should be able to populate patient details from the OpenMRS patient table depending on the selected patient ID. The populated details will then be updated in the mUzimafingerprint-fingerprint table in openMRS
