Develop a Java API to access methods in the Libfprint API

Libfprint was developed in C programming language, mUzima biometrics module is developed in Java therefore we need to integrate the two components by developing a Java API to access methods in the Libfprint API, these methods include among others Enrollment and Verification of fingerprints, This API shall then act as a plugin into the existing graphical user interface (The OMOD) hence replacing the Neurotech SDK component currently being used in mUzima biometrics module.
