UI for resolving records in error queue

When registration form got sent to server for processing and somehow it is stuck in the error queue (not being processed), it should have a UI on the webapp to allow managers to edit/resolve.

The UI need to allow the managers to potentially update information of the data in error queue easily. Plus point if the UI can create a form like view based on the JSON in the error queue.
