Searching/Adding Concepts on Demand not working properly

Using apk 2.0.0 published on Google Playstore.

Steps to reproduce the error:

• Under Settings, tap on Manage Concepts
• Type "CD4" and it is supposed to display all the concepts that has CD4 but it did not display the result list correctly.

As a user, I expect when searching concept name on Manage Concept page under Settings, I should get a list of matching result to choose from.
