Keyboard hides "Advanced set up" option while setting up muzima

While setting up mUzima, the phone keyboard hides the "Advanced set up" option leaving the "Guided set up" as the only visible/available option. This requires that one gets the keyboard out of place in order to access the hidden option which may not be known to everyone.
