Synchronization of Notifications displays irrelevant information

Notification framework is currently setup for teleconsultation purpose. However, when tapping synchronization icon under both Client Notifications and General Notifications, it displays irrelevant information (see screenshots).

Steps to reproduce the errors with apk dated Jan 18, 2017:

• Tap on Notifications blue box on landing page
• Under Client Notification, tap on the synchronization icon.
• It displays messages of "Downloaded x new observations", "Downloaded y new encounters", "Download complete with status 4". <== This is not the expected behavior.
• Under General Notification, tap on the synchronization icon.
• It displays messages of "Downloaded x new observations", "Downloaded y new encounters", "Download complete with status 4". <== This is not the expected behavior.
