Demo server test user previleges

The test/demo account on demo1 and demo2 shouldn't have administrative privileges. This would ensure that a user can't make changes that are not actually authorized by the mUzima core team. This would call for having at least two user accounts on the servers, one for testing hence limited privileges and the other with full administrative privileges. So that publicized account should be the test account not the Admin account as it is on the wiki.
