Toasts have distorted background while in advanced setup wizard

All toast messages under advanced wizard have a black and grey background, when it should be grey.

For example, go to the form template download page, while no form is selected and you click 'NEXT', the app displays a toast message saying that at lest one registration form is needed to be selected. This Toast will has a distorted background.
