This biometric information should be used to identify the client prior to use other demographic data, such as names, dob, gender, etc.

The details implementation on how to store the biometric information will require more discussion. Initial implementation should use the PersonAttribute object to store this information. Biometric information collected should be for more than one finger (potentially separate each finger as separate PersonAttribute object).
