Redirect back to Muzima Forms

Muzima Core Module should redirect back to muzima forms list page after activities/operations on forms.

Current state:

• Open a muzima form for editing
• Edit the form
• Click update button
• You are taken to Data Sources

Expected:

• Open a muzima form for editing
• Edit the form
• Click update button
• Revert to muzima forms listing page
