Configure Jenkins to publish packaged files to downloads page

There's need to automatically publish packaged files for download through muzima website downloads page (http://www.muzima.org/downloads). This ticket therefore involves configuring Jenkins to automatically generate the files and publish on the website.

There's need to investigate further and find the best way of achieving this.
