Inconsistent last synchronization date on device

Users have observed the inconsistency on last synchronization date being displayed on the following page. Sometimes, it displayed date back in the 1960's.

• Cohort last synced date
• Form template last synced date

User Story:
As a user, I expect the last synchronization date should always be the more recent datetime the device last synced with the server.
