Speeding up populating data on device

It's unclear what the cause is for populating the data on device.

Areas to improve populating data:

• On landing page, the number summary on each blue box sometimes take more than minute to display
• On form template page, the available form templates and downloaded form templates list sometimes take more than a minute to display.
• On client summary page, the summary number sometimes take more than a minute to display.
• On observation page (both by date and by concept), sometimes it takes more than a minute to display.

User Story:
As a user, I expect those summary and data to be displayed promptly (less than a second) when I tap on the button or link for new page.
