(Device Management & Security) Not Able to View Device under tab "Device" on the server after re-registration

After registering a device (using the device management apk dated 5th March 2015) which had already been previously registered to a new user, you can only view the device under tab "person" but cannot view the device under tab "device" where you can manage the device. This is a a server side issue.
