Forms auto-save even if they are not applicable to the selected client.

Currently when a user opens a form for a client, the form will automatically save after a default auto-save set time. This happens even if the form is not applicable to currently selected client.

Possible suggestions

• Non applicable forms should not be on the recommended list.
• When non applicable forms are opened, add time out and auto- return to the previous page.
• When non applicable forms are opened, disable saving (both save as draft and auto-save options)
