REST conflicts with AMPATH POC

From AMPATH Developer Team, they notice that there are conflicts with mUzima modules, especially mUzima Form Module and mUzima Registration Module when:

• Exceptions thrown when trying to use the encounter rest end point to get the encounters for a patient
• Exceptions thrown when trying to save an encounter using the rest endpoint.
