Description
When registering a new client, sometimes it requires a user to search the server more than once to find if the client exists. Currently when a user searches for existing client and connectivity is unstable, a message prompts “No Clients matched your search on Server” and user is directed to Create a Client. This will create duplicate records on the system because when user conducts search on the server and does not find client he will create a duplicate record
Acceptance Criteria
When client exists on the server and internet connection is not stable a toast message should appear “Check your internet connection, please try again” instead of prompting user to create a client to avoid duplicate records.
