After installing the Barcode Scanner the user should be taken back to mUzima

If there is no Barcode Scanner installed in the device, it should open up the barcode scanner download/install on google play. After download/installation, it should return to landing page. Currently, that's not the behavior - it remains in the google play; user needs to open up the mUzima app to continue.
