Exception is thrown while uploading data

      Description

      When trying to upload the complete form data to server, it gives "Exception has been thrown while uploading data", and it does not upload the data. Looking at logs, there is no stacktrace to show error thrown.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • As a User: Be able to upload forms to server
      • As a Developer: See related stacktrace in logs/Acralyzer whenever an Exception is thrown while uploading data.
