      Description

      Since the new method has already updated in QueueDataHandler.java and QueueDataHandler.getDiscriminator() but not in the ConsultationQueueDataHandler, when loading the teleconsultation module, it’s not returning the list of discriminator correctly.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      Update QueueDataHandler.java and QueueDataHandler.getDiscriminator() in ConsultationQueueDataHandler
