Add Rotating Bar and Toast Message when downloading Provider and Location

During the initial mUzima Download Wizard,

• add a rotating bar when downloading "Provider" and "Location" - this will help the user to know that a process of searching Location/ Provider is going on the background
• also when a user Searches for Provider or Location that is missing, a toast should appear "Provider Not Found" or "Location not Found" - Currently when searching for a Location or Provider that is missing, it is hard to tell whether the search is still on or it has finished.

As a user, I want to see "rotating bar" to indicate downloading provider and/or location is running as well as displaying "provider or location not found" when the search is not found so that I can tell the action is still running or it's already completed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• add a rotating bar when downloading "Provider" and "Location"
• "provider not found" or "location not found" when the search is not found
