Cosmetic Cleanup on Settings

Due to added features by different developers for Settings, need to clean up the wordings, re-group options for each setting category, and re-order the options.

OPENMRS SETTINGS

• Server
  • no change
• Username

MUZIMA SETTINGS

• Timeout
  • add the unit of minutes after the value entered
  • change "Enter the Timeout value in minutes" to "Enter the value in minutes"
• Automatic form save interval
  • add the unit of minutes after the value entered
  • change "Sets interval time for automatic save of forms." to "Enter the value in minutes"
• Real time sync
  • change "Enables real time synchronization of complete forms." to "Enable real time synchronization of complete form data"
• Duplicate Form Data Warning
  • change "Enable warning when Duplicate Form Data for same client with same encounter date is being saved." to "Enable warning when duplicate form data for same client with same encounter date is being saved"
• Font size
  • change "Font Size" to "Font size"

PROVIDER/LOCATION SETTINGS

• Default encounter provider
  • no change
• Add Provider
  • change "Add Provider" to "Add Provider(s)"
• Add locations
  • change "Add locations" to "Add location(s)"

COHORT SETTINGS

• Add cohort prefixes
  • change "Add Cohort Prefix" to "Add cohort prefixes"
  • change "You can add multiple cohort prefixes to restrict the cohort downloads" to "You can add multiple cohort prefixes to restrict the cohort downloads."
• Add concepts
  • change from "Add concepts" to "Add concept(s)"
