Cosmetic Cleanup on Initial Wizard Setup

Due to added features by different developers for the Initial Wizard Setup, need to clean up the steps and wordings.

• Step 1: Download Cohort(s) - change from "Select one or more of the cohorts from the list and click on "Next" to download data relevant to these cohort." to "Select one or more cohorts from the list and click on "Next" to download"
• Step 2: Download Form Template(s) - no change
• Step 3: Add Location(s) - change from "Add locations that you want to download." to "Add location(s) that you want to download"
• Step 4: Add Provider(s) - change from "Step 3: Add Provider(s)" to "Step 4: Add Provider(s)". Also, change "Add providers that you want to download." to "Add provider(s) that you want to download"
• Step 5: Add Concept(s) - change from "Step 4: Add Concept(s)" to "Step 5: Add Concept(s)". Also, change "Add concepts for which you want observations to be downloaded." to "Add concept(s) that you want observation(s) to be downloaded"
• Step 6: Check for Barcode Scanner - change from "Step 5: Check for BarCode Scanner" to "Step 6: Check for Barcode Scanner"

As a user, I expect the steps and wordings on initial wizard setup to be clear and helpful.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Steps are in correct order as listed above.
• Wordings are more precise and clear as listed above.
