Clear data from the previous run of the wizard, if the wizard crashes or is interrupted.

Ensure application data is empty before starting wizard

I think when I tested out the application (when I created this ticket), there were situation where I can skip the wizard screen. So even when I never finish the wizard, I was able to get into the dashboard. The problem now is, on subsequent run, the check that trigger the wizard is saying the wizard is not complete yet and will take the user back to the wizard screen. So I just want us to make sure that when we're triggering the wizard, the /data/data/com.muzima is empty.
