Give users the option to increase the font size on the forms so that they are able to view the forms better.

Users have expressed that the readability of the forms in muzima is poor, largely due to the small font size.

With this change :

• Users will be given the option to set font size on the forms in mUzima.
• There will be three predefined sizes of S(14 px), M(18 px), L(22 px).
• The font size can be set through the "settings menu".
• Apart from this, zoom in/out feature needs to be enabled on the Form View screens.
