(Device Management & Security) Not Able to View Device under tab "Device" on the server after re-registration

After registering a device (using the device management apk dated 5th March 2015) which had already been previously registered to a new user, you can only view the device under tab "person" but cannot view the device under tab "device" where you can manage the device. The device had initially been registered and deleted and then re-assigned to another user. This is a a server side issue.
