CHV Cohorts in muzima

We have problems with CHV cohorts, from your last call i understand it was decided to have one cohort for all CHV's in a given area. If we go this way we might aswell add some demographic information of the patient like village, sub-location displayed alongside the names. CHV's have began follow-up's and it's such a challenge for them with a cohort of 91 for insatnce as lost to follow-up to figure out which patients come from there villages any thoughts on this?
Also Dynamic cohorts will be useful i think if there any plans on this to be able to automatically calculate the four months since last TCA for the lost to follow-up. Ada Yeung Stephen Macharia Jemima Kamano Debra Tulienge Derek Luvembe
