Add graphic view on numeric observations

Add graphic view tab on Observations page (tab on observations blue box-> tab on it -> three tabs (by concepts, by encounters, graphic view).

• Client Summary Page->Observations
  • Add a new tab "Graphic View"

Under the graphic view tab,

• Add the search numeric concept search box (note, only concepts in numeric data type can be added)
• once the selected concepts are added, it will display the graphs in point chart view (please see attached screenshot).
  • x-axis is date
  • y-axis is numeric value (including unit)
