Add Encounter tab on Client Summary page and drill down to encounter level-info

On the Client Summary page, add Encounter box between Observations box and Forms box. The Encounter box should include the encounter count (similar to what is listed under Forms box - i.e. # incomplete, # complete, # recommended).

Once tabbing on the Encounter box, it will bring to a new Encounter page (for individual client).

On that Encounter page, it should include summary of previous encounter info as follows:

• encounter date
• form name
• encounter location
• encounter provider

Once user tab on specific encounter, it will open up that particular encounter info (including all the observations for that encounter).
