Reason for missing drug dose doesn't render correctly on CDM Dispensary Form

When testing CDM Dispensary Form, the chosen answer for "reason for missing drug dose" doesn't render correctly on Huawei Y210 phone as well as IDEOS tablet.

Here are the steps to reproduce:

• open the CDM dispensary form
• pick a drug under current medication
• it will then prompt the current medication details
• on the question of specify the reason for missing some of your [drug] doses, pick any answer (please see screenshot)
• the chosen answer then did not get shown on the form (please see screenshot) and still being shown as ... as if the answer was not being selected.
