Warning for date validation not working properly

Steps to reproduce the bug:

• Open new form and fill out a future value for encounter date
• No warning message got display saying it’s not allowed
• Go back to the encounter date filed and choose today’s date
• Warning message still got display as if incorrect date value is entered

This happens to other date fields as well.
