Add alert dialog when up button is pressed while filling a form.

Please work on the following issue as this is pretty urgent

So when you press the back button when trying to fill a form, you will
get a message saying you will lost your data if you press back. Now if
we press the "<" sign at the top left corner of the form filling view,
we can go back and leave the form filling screen without the warning.
Please put the same warning when you press the back button.
