Need to look into the provider privileges in production

Implementation of provider role in the test server is not the same with the one we have in the production server. The current provider role in the test server doesn't have any privileges assigned to it. And this is causing new provider not able to login using the apps.

Need to investigate the role and privileges need to be assigned to the role.
