Subsequent attemps to initial setup fails if initially interrupted

How to produce:

• Start setting up the mobile app by logging in (with server url, username, password), then choose a setup config and proceed to the setup progress page.
• Close the app before the setup downloads is completed
• Login afresh and choose the same setup as before.
  • Current behavior: The app changes theme color and gets stuck on the setup progress page without making any progress
  • Expected behavior: The app should not change theme color in that scenario, and should make progress with the setup process
