      Description

      This ticket will entail:

      • Introduce a WYSWYG kind of UI to enable users to define groupings and order within groups for observations
      • Introduce a UI for users to select icons associated with Concepts. The icon pack shall ride on a publically available library that can be integrated with the mobile side.
