Title: Generate a list of clients with missed appointments and those Lost
Description: Generate a list of clients with missed appointments (> 7 days and <= 30 days from missed scheduled appointment date) and those Lost (>30 days and <= 90 ays from missed scheduled appointment date). It would be good to add tags (one tag for Missed Appointment and the other tag for Lost). Display patient address information on mobile.
