hey Simon Savai. Kindly find attached the screenshot of a sample UI design that i have come up with using pencil project. The idea is to have someone pick a form element from the left panel.  In order to indicate the section, one has to first select the Heading from the form elements panel. Then they can go on and chose a form element to add to the section and for each form element, one can add attributes. In case one wants to add java-script to a certain data element, they can then select javascript, a window pops up and they can add the java script. 

The screenshot shows addition of a form element that is of type text.
